3D configurator

The 3D design tool produces a visual concept, not construction documents. Final dimensions, structural members and finishes are confirmed during design approval.

Warranty

Duralum® and Four Seasons® materials carry the manufacturer's limited lifetime material warranty. Workmanship is warranted by UNDER COVER PATIO & CONSTRUCTION INC. under California CSLB #1152161, Class B General Contractor. Warranty terms are delivered in writing at the final walkthrough.
